Now, let us ponder this thought-provoking question: Who embodies the true essence of being "pabebe"? Is it a person with a genuine thirst for knowledge, a growth mindset, and a willingness to expand their horizons? Or is it leaders who lack credibility, fail to understand basic communication, contradict their own words, and prioritize their self-interest above all else?

In my logical estimation, the answer is crystal clear. The epitome of "pabebe" lies in those leaders who exhibit a lack of credibility, struggle to comprehend even the simplest English sentence, engage in contradictory actions, and prioritize their own interests over the well-being of others. These individuals embody the essence of superficiality and self-centeredness.

On the contrary, individuals who embrace a growth mindset, strive for continuous learning, and seek to improve themselves are the opposite of "pabebe." Their dedication to personal growth and development sets them apart as intelligent and admirable beings.

Let us always choose the path of wisdom, integrity, and genuine self-improvement, steering clear of the "pabebe" tendencies displayed by self-serving leaders. 

Stay smart, stay true to yourself, and never cease in your pursuit of knowledge and growth!

I'm just going to say it - nobody's going to validate you. Nobody's going to welcome you into the club, pat you on the back, or love you the way you love them. Your friends aren't going to reciprocate everything you do for them. 

That's the harsh truth, but it's also the liberating truth. When you stop seeking validation from others, you free yourself to simply make the work you want to see in the world. To create from an authentic place, without worrying about what anyone else thinks.

Validation is for parking meters, not creative souls. The second you start seeking approval, you lose the magic. You get bogged down in other people's opinions and lose sight of your own vision.

So forget about what anyone else thinks. Forget about being accepted or praised. Just focus on making things you care about. The kind of work that lights you up from the inside. That's the only validation that matters.

The world is full of people who will try to pigeon-hole you, box you in, and tell you what you "should" be doing. Ignore them. Silence the voice in your head that craves outside approval.  

Because at the end of the day, the only person you need to impress is yourself. The rest is just noise. 😉
